Architectural Control Committee

The CC&Rs require that Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members be appointed by the Board of Directors. ACC members are charged with responsiblity for evaluating proposed development plans to ensure they are compatible with the existing natural and built envionment, and for protecting views from the impairment caused by landscaping or structural changes. In addition, the Committee is responsible for establishing aesthetic and view protection standards to be used in evaluating development and landscape proposals.

The ACC is responsible for carrying out its duties on behalf of all members of the Association for the benefit of the total community. These benefits include a well-maintained and attractive community where the value of all properties in the community will be maintained at a higher level than if there were no standards or not having a Committee to administer such policies.

Anyone interested in joining the ACC is always welcome! Please email your interest to [email protected].
