Our Association manages 176 homes that are built around holes 10 through 13 of the Harbour Pointe Golf Course in Mukilteo. We occupy the north half of the One Club House Lane development.
Monthly Board & ACC Meetings
Monthly Board of Director and ACC Meetings are held on the 1st WEDNESDAY of each month.
Until further notice, we are meeting at Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave, Mukilteo. All Homeowners are invited to attend.
The ACC meeting starts at 6:00 PM and the Board Meeting starts immediately upon the conclusion of the ACC meeting.

The Ownership transfer fee (escrow service) for homes in the OCHL-12 HOA is $250.
MISCELLANEOUS NOTICES
The Board of Directors requests homeowners to make sure to keep current their home telephone numbers and emergency contact information (including email addresses). This information will be kept confidential, but will serve to help Board Officers contact you in case of an emergency. Also NOTE: Homeowners are obliged to notify the HOA if their contact information changes. Please email any updates to [email protected]
Volunteers with the HOA are always needed and will be very welcome. We need volunteers to help the Architectural Control Committee, the Open Space Committee and some of the various other HOA committees. Please contact a Board or Committee Officer (listed above) if you are willing to consider volunteering your time to improve your community.
