Governing maintenance of the One Clubhouse Lane entrance that is shared with our neighboring HOA in OCHL-South. Both Associations have agreed Modifications to the Agreement for 2011-2012.
Golf Club Covenant
signed in 1989 by BCE (OCHL- 12 developer) and Golf Northwest. This 1989 agreement specifically recognises that homeowner views are important assets, and it obligates the Golf Club to trim or thin trees in a manner that protects views. It also outlines various restrictions regarding homeowner fences, etc.
